Welcome to Enhancd Subscriptions, the simple way to stay stocked up on your favourite gummies without the hassle. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Overview

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Enhancd to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen delivery frequency. Your first payment will be processed at checkout, and subsequent orders will be billed automatically until paused or cancelled.

2. Subscription Benefits

• 1-Pack Subscription: 25% off each order + free shipping.

• 2-Pack Subscription: 38% off each order + free shipping.
  Discounts are applied automatically to each subscription renewal and cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

3. Renewal Reminders

Subscribers will receive an email reminder 3 days before renewal. This allows time to make changes or cancellations before the next order is processed.

4. Managing Your Subscription

Subscribers can manage their orders anytime via the Enhancd Customer Portal.

From here you can:

• Update products or quantities

• Change delivery frequency

• Skip, pause, or cancel a subscription

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect for that cycle.

5. Billing & Payments

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the frequency you select.

• Payments are processed securely using the billing method saved in your account.

• To avoid interruptions, please ensure your payment details are always up to date.

6. Shipping

Subscription orders are shipped in line with our standard shipping policy. Subscriptions are currently available in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

7. Cancellations & Pausing

• You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal.

• Cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date.

• Pausing a subscription will delay future orders until you resume.

8. Refund & Return Policy

First Subscription Order: Covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us at hello@enhancdperformance.com within 30 days of receipt. 

Ongoing Subscription Orders (Month 2 onwards): All sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds or returns will not be offered for change of mind, late cancellation requests or failure to review the product description and subscription details prior to purchase. Subscriptions are marked extremely clearly throughout the purchase process, including:

• In the product title (“1 pack / 2 pack subscription”)

• In the description (“60 / 120 Gummies Delivered Monthly”)

• On the cart and checkout pages (“Monthly 1 Pack / Monthly 2 Pack”)

• Just below the checkout buttons, with the note: “One or more of the items in your cart is a recurring or deferred purchase.”

In addition, you will receive:

• A subscription confirmation email at the time of purchase

• An email reminder 3 days before your renewal order is processed

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we will provide a replacement.

9. Pricing & Updates

• Subscription pricing may change over time due to product or shipping adjustments.

• If a price change occurs, you will be notified via email at least 14 days in advance.

• Discounts remain valid only while your subscription is active.

10. Agreement

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to:

• Recurring charges until paused or cancelled

• The terms regarding pricing, billing, shipping, returns, and modifications as outlined above
