Shipping Protection Policy

This protection is provided by Enhancd Performance, for the protection of its customers against loss or damage to their purchases during shipping.

Coverage:
The protection covers the replacement value of the item being shipped and is limited to the cost of the item, including any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges.

Eligible Purchases:
All items purchased from Enhancd Performance and shipped within Australia, New Zealand, and the UK are eligible for coverage under this protection.

Exclusions:
This protection does not cover damage or loss resulting from acts of nature (such as floods, earthquakes, and hurricanes), war, terrorism, or any other similar events outside of the control of Enhancd Performance.

Claims Process:
In the event of loss or damage, the customer must notify Enhancd Performance within 3 business days of receipt of the item. Enhancd Performance will then initiate a claim on behalf of the customer with the shipping carrier and will provide a replacement item or issue a refund to the customer. Claims are only valid for an order one time.

Limitation of Liability:
Enhancd Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the loss or damage of the items being shipped.

Modification of Policy:
Enhancd Performance reserves the right to modify this policy at any time and will post any changes on the Enhancd Performance website.

By purchasing an item from Enhancd Performance, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Shipping Protection Policy.
