Great experience using Enhancd nasal strips. Definitely opens up the airways and makes it easier to breathe. They don’t eliminate my partners snoring, but definitely lessens it.
Night shift worker that stuggles to get a solid block of sleep. The gummies make my 4hr block feel like a 8hr block of sleep due to the increased REM.

So far so good. Been using for about 2-3 weeks consistently. I eat roughly 30-45 mins before trying to sleep. And never seem to have a problem getting to sleep, if I pair with reading I can’t seem to keep my eyes open. I seem to wake up feeling less tired than usual and sometimes sleep through the whole night. Seems to be a great product, will keep using it going forward. 😊
